We use cookies on the website www.skladtechniczny.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website) to enable certain features of the website, to analyse how users use our website and to offer services from third-party providers.

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ON www.skladtechniczny.pl

The protection and security of the data provided to us are very important to us. Therefore, we are committed to protecting the privacy and handling of the personal data we have access to.

Therefore, in fulfilment of the duty to inform according to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L 119, p. 1, 4 May 2016) - hereinafter GDPR - we inform you that:

2.1. Personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as ‘PDC’)

2.2. Data Protection Officer and contact regarding personal data matters

If you request this, we may provide the information orally, provided that we can confirm your identity by other means. If you communicate your request electronically, the information will also be provided electronically where possible, unless you indicate another preferred form of communication.

We strive to provide information promptly - as a general rule within one month of receiving the request. If necessary, this deadline may be extended by a further two months due to the complexity of the request. However, in any case, we will inform you within one month of receiving the request about the action taken and (where applicable) the extension of the deadline, stating the reason for such delay.

2.3. Purposes and grounds for processing

Your personal data will be processed to carry out business transactions and for marketing purposes in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

We declare that we process and store your personal data in accordance with the law and our legitimate interest. Our legitimate interests include the management of our website, the maintenance of the availability and operation of the website, the running of our online shop, our equipment rental and industrial printing services as part of the Company's business operations.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

2.4. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients:

  • to any administrative authorities, courts, or bodies under public law, if PDC is under such a legal obligation
  • to the institutions providing funding for the implementation of the contract concluded with PDC
  • to entities cooperating with the Company as part of marketing campaigns
  • to entities processing (subcontractors) personal data on behalf of the controller, i.e.:
    • an online payment processing company
    • an IT services company
    • a company providing hosting services
    • a company providing accounting services
    • a company providing courier services
    • CRM software suppliers.

As a general rule, your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation unless we are obliged to do so by law.

We assure you that any person acting with our authority and having access to your personal data will only process it at our request unless otherwise required by European Union or Member State law.

2.5. Personal data retention period

We store personal data in a form which permits the identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed. After such a period, the data is either anonymised (removed from the features enabling the identification of the person concerned) or deleted. In the retention procedure, we ensure that the retention period of personal data is limited to a strict minimum.

As a general rule, your personal data will be kept:

  • for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes referred to in paragraph 2.3.
  • until the expiration of statutory retention periods and limitation periods

2.6. Rights of persons whose data is processed by the Company:

  • Right of access by the data subject (Art. 15 GDPR): It is possible to request information at any time about whether we use personal data and of what type, for what purpose the processing takes place, where the data comes from, to which recipients it is transferred if necessary and how long it is stored by us.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): If you notice that your personal data is inaccurate, you may request its correction at any time. If you believe that your data is incomplete, you may also request that it be completed.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): If you believe that the use of your personal data is no longer necessary, is carried out without a sufficient legal basis or is unlawful for other reasons, you may request the deletion of this data.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Instead of deleting your data, you may request the restriction of the processing of this data if the processing is unlawful. In particular, you may also request the restriction of processing if you question the accuracy of the data or object to its use.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): With regard to personal data provided by the users themselves and which is used on the basis of a contract or consent, you may request access to this data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form. You may also request that this data be sent directly to another controller.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): If there are grounds relating to a specific situation that prevent us from using and processing your personal data while maintaining a balance of interests between the parties, you have the right to object to such use. If your personal data is used for direct marketing, you always have the right to object.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR): If you believe that your rights regarding your personal data have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In particular, you can contact the supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence, work or the place where the alleged breach occurred.

2.7. Automated personal data processing system

Your data may be processed by automated means, including profiling.

2.8. Information about the requirement/voluntary nature of providing data

The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the proper execution of business transactions.

4. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA ON THE WEBSITE

4.1. Whenever we obtain personal data, we store such data on specially protected servers. Access to these servers is restricted to authorised employees.

4.2. To prevent the loss or misuse of data, we take all technical and organisational precautions, which are regularly reviewed and adapted to the current state of technical knowledge.

4.3. However, we would like to remind you that the structure of the Internet means that other individuals or institutions, for whom we are not responsible, may not comply with data protection and security regulations.

4.4 The Controller undertakes all the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processing of personal data held by the Controller. In particular, the following safeguards are applied:

  1. The data automatically downloaded by the server is secured by a mechanism authenticating access to the website.
  2. The data collected from users during the registration process is secured with SSL protocol and by a mechanism authenticating access to the website.
  3. Access to website administration is provided using an authentication mechanism.

5. SOCIAL NETWORKS

We use plugins from various social networks on our website. These plugins are functions of the respective social networks through which you can, for example, share content from our website with your friends or contacts in the social networks or recommend this content to others. You can recognise the social plugins by the logo of the respective social network.

We use plugins from the following social network operators: Facebook, Xing, Instagram and LinkedIn.
