Printing of professional customised industrial markings

Our assortment includes a wide range of preprinted markers and tags for wire, cable and flat surface marking. However, if you require markers with a custom print, we provide a personalised industrial marking printing service to order, in any quantity. This is ideal for companies that require one-off markers or whose requirements do not justify the investment in a professional, often expensive, printer. High-quality thermal transfer printing

Personalised markings are produced using thermal transfer printing technology. This allows the printing of alphanumeric characters, standard barcodes, 2D barcodes and any graphic symbols. We use high-quality thermal transfer printers from the internationally renowned manufacturer HellermannTyton, guaranteeing precise printing which remains legible for a long time. For ladder-style heat shrink markers, we also offer double-sided printing on both sides of the marker.

Professional customer service

Before printing, our technical staff prepares the design of the label according to the customer's specifications. We use the professional label design software TagPrint Pro from HellermannTyton.

Heat shrink markers based on heat shrink tubing

Heat shrink markers are used to label circular components such as wires, cables, pipes or tubes. Their advantage is that they can be shrunk over the component, which effectively prevents the marking from moving. The materials available include standard heat shrink tubing, halogen-free heat shrink tubing, heat shrink tubing resistant to diesel fuel and heat shrink tubing resistant to high temperatures (up to +225ºC). Heat shrink markers can be supplied as fully cut, as continuous tubing with notches for tearing (perforated) or in ladder form to make it easier to find the correct marker.

Identification plates and tags mounted with cable ties

Identification plates and tags are adhesive-free labels, usually made of a much thicker material. Like heat shrink tubing, they can be made from materials with different properties such as standard, halogen-free, diesel-resistant and heat- or UV-resistant. They are mostly used as cable markers for cable harnesses or cables with large cross-sections and are mounted using cable ties.

Self-laminating labels for labelling cables and circular components

Self-laminating adhesive labels are made of a soft material, usually vinyl film, which is non-transparent in one part (usually white) and transparent in the other part. The non-transparent part forms the printable area, on which the marking is applied, while the correspondingly long transparent part (protective laminate), much longer than the circumference of the electrical cable, is glued onto the descriptive field during assembly. In this way, self-laminating labels as cable markers adhere tightly and grip very well to the electrical cable being marked. At the same time, applying the transparent end of the label to the marking field provides additional protection for the marking against abrasion and other external influences.

Adhesive labels for flat surfaces

Self-adhesive labels for marking flat surfaces are most often made from polyester film, which is relatively cheap and durable. Self-adhesive labels made from polyester film are ideal as nameplates - either standard or special, e.g. with tamper-proof protection for marking equipment, machinery and vehicles.

Adhesive labels for curved surfaces

Self-adhesive labels made from vinyl film, which is much more flexible than polyester film, are used for curved or bent surfaces. One of the main applications for this type of self-adhesive label is so-called flag-style cable markers.

Panel plate labels

Panel plate labels are used for marking non-standard flat surfaces, e.g. powder-coated equipment or housings made of low surface energy plastics. They have a special, thicker adhesive layer than standard self-adhesive labels. This allows better adhesion to uneven substrates. The high bond strength and excellent adhesive strength ensure good adhesion also to plastics.

Tamper-evident security labels

Tamper-evident labels are designed to protect equipment from unauthorised access. These security labels are applied to housings and used both as tamper-evident nameplates and as simple seals for securing equipment.
